4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approved return receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

5. Subscriptions & Service Agreements (if applicable)

  • Subscription or refilling services will automatically renew unless canceled at least 15 days before renewal.
  • Service contracts are binding for the agreed duration. Early termination may result in additional charges or forfeiture of remaining service fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Products are covered under a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase/installation against manufacturing defects.
